Do I need to provide birth details?
No. Robin works with your question, the card spread and intuitive impressions rather than a Birth Chart.
What can I ask Robin about?

Does Robin only use Tarot cards?
No. Robin may combine Tarot with Angel and Oracle Cards, empathic awareness and clairsentient impressions according to the question and what emerges during the reading.
How do I book?
Choose the session, complete the preparation details and add the configured reading to your cart. Continue through secure checkout, then the team will contact you to arrange the appointment.
What happens if there is no spiritual connection in the first two minutes?
For live readings, the first two minutes are a free connection check. If you or your reader feels that a spiritual connection has not been established in that time, the reading will stop and there is no charge. If payment was taken through Shopify checkout, it will be refunded in full. This connection check applies only to live readings, not written email readings, and it does not promise a particular prediction or outcome.
Can I change the details after ordering?
Contact the team as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected information. Personalised preparation can begin soon after an order is received, so a change may not be possible once work is under way.
What is the refund policy?
Contact the team as early as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Completed personal consultations are not refundable. Refund requests before a session are considered individually; any cancellation or rescheduling terms confirmed for your appointment will apply.
