Product FAQs
Questions before you order
Product details, ordering, refunds and privacy information in one place.
How is the gift card delivered?
Choose whether the gift card is emailed to you or sent directly to the recipient. Direct gifts can include their name, a short message and an optional delivery date up to 90 days ahead.
Will the buyer still receive confirmation?
Yes. When Shopify sends the gift card directly, the recipient receives the gift-card email and code while the buyer receives a separate receipt confirming who it was sent to, or when it is scheduled.
What can the recipient buy?
The recipient can use the gift card balance towards products available through the Patrick Arundell online store and choose the reading or report that suits them.
How is the gift card redeemed?
Enter the gift card code during secure checkout. Any unused balance remains attached to the same code for a later eligible order.
Can a gift card be used towards a more expensive order?
Yes. The recipient can apply the gift card balance at checkout and pay the remaining amount using an available payment method.
Can I change the details after ordering?
Contact the team as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected information. Personalised preparation can begin soon after an order is received, so a change may not be possible once work is under way.
What is the refund policy?
Contact the team promptly with the order number and unused gift card code. Refund requests are considered individually and remain at Patrick Arundell's discretion; a redeemed balance cannot be treated as unused.
How are my personal details used?
The details you submit are used to prepare or arrange your order, deliver it and contact you about the service. They are handled in line with the store's privacy information and are not added to marketing simply because you place an order.
