What does this gift cover?
Choose Patrick’s Personal Consultation, Relationship Consultation, Specific Event Forecast, Chart Rectification or Astro Cartography consultation. The gift value matches the selected service. Emergency Consultations are not available as a gift option.
How is the gift delivered?
Choose whether Shopify emails the digital gift card to you or sends it directly to the recipient, with an optional message and scheduled delivery date.
How does the recipient book?
After receiving the gift card, the recipient visits Patrick’s consultation page, chooses the consultation named on the gift, provides their booking details and applies the gift-card code at checkout.
Can the recipient choose a different or more expensive consultation?
Yes. Shopify gift cards work as store credit, so the recipient can apply the balance to another eligible purchase and pay any remaining amount at checkout.
Can Shopify restrict the balance to one product?
No. The selected option identifies the consultation you intend to give and sets the matching value, but Shopify gift cards are technically redeemable as store credit across the online store.
Can I change the details after ordering?
Contact the team as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected information. Personalised preparation can begin soon after an order is received, so a change may not be possible once work is under way.
What is the refund policy?
Contact the team promptly with the order number and unused gift card code. Refund requests are considered individually and remain at Patrick Arundell's discretion; a redeemed balance cannot be treated as unused.
How are my personal details used?
The details you submit are used to prepare or arrange your order, deliver it and contact you about the service. They are handled in line with the store's privacy information and are not added to marketing simply because you place an order.
